In the bottom of Senjak hill, one of the most beautiful and the most elite part of Belgrade, exactly over the Fair, and on the shores of Sava, is a belle of Principality Serbia “Gospodarska mehana”.

A Tavern carries the name per master and founder (Jovan Obrenovic) , from 1820.
He He set it up with the intention to receive sojourner passengers and the trippers of old Belgrade.

The word “tavern” is the origin of Persian and it means “the house where you may pour the wine”.
